The DJZ-2/30(40) – DJZ-8/30(40) series is a family of compact oil-injected booster compressors engineered specifically for PET bottle blowing lines. Built on the proven DJZ platform, these units take existing shop air at 0.8–1.0 MPa and boost it to a stable 3.0–4.0 MPa, delivering 2–8 m³/min of high-pressure air for stretch-blow moulding, preform handling and utility supply. Air-cooled and floor-mounted, every model ships factory-aligned and ready to pipe in.
The DJZ-8/30(40) delivers 8 m³/min at 3.0-4.0 MPa, combining dependable multi-stage compression with automatic protection and low operating cost. Dejue (BS986) manufactures this unit in-house to CE and ISO standards, with full documentation, spare-parts support and export packing as standard.
