Many plants already run a 0.8–1.0 MPa compressed-air or nitrogen network – but the process downstream demands far more. The DJZ-16/80 water-cooled oil-free booster is built exactly for this step-up duty: it takes your existing medium-pressure gas supply and raises it to 8 MPa (80 bar) at 16 Nm³/min, driven by a 55 kW motor. Because it starts from the pressure you already have, most of the input energy goes into useful boosting – not into compressing from atmosphere – which keeps electricity consumption and operating cost under control.
